If you ask for a trial, the same message covers the two minutes of vetting questions our acceptable use policy requires; answer them upfront and credentials usually go out in the first reply.

Want a call instead?

Propose two or three time windows in the form, with your timezone. We confirm one by email and send a calendar invite with a meeting link. Setup calls are working sessions: bring the target and whoever runs the scraper, and we will leave the call with requests succeeding.

Reporting abuse of our network?

Choose "Abuse report" in the form and include the IP, timestamp with timezone, and evidence. A human reads every report, acknowledgment comes within one business day, and traffic that violates the policy gets cut, not excused.
